Aloha! We’re Jason and Sachi Mitchell — a husband-and-wife real estate team living our dream on the island of Oahu.

We met in high school, fell in love in Fort Worth, Texas, and after years of dreaming about island life, made the move to Hawaii in 2018. Why? Because we wanted our children, Jonah and Julia, to grow up immersed in the values of the Aloha lifestyle and Ohana culture. Today, we’re proud to call Mililani home, where both kids attend Mililani High School—Jonah loves to play baseball and pickleball with his friends, while Julia prefers volleyball and a day of shelling on the beach with the girls.

Together, we bring over 25 years of real estate experience, having led teams in both Texas and Hawaii that have sold more than 1,500 homes combined. We’ve helped families through just about every scenario imaginable—and we’re confident that experience gives our clients the edge in any market.

Outside of real estate, Jason enjoys playing golf, watching baseball and cheering from the sidelines at the kids’ games. Sachi loves playing tennis, cooking Japanese meals, and hiking Hawaii’s scenic trails. At the heart of everything we do is a deep love for family, community, and service.
